The Waverly Public Library is one of the our family's favorite places! Through the summer reading program, children's events, trivia nights, and variety of services offered, it's been a seminal part of our family's journey. 

Before our oldest, Avery, came along, we would attend monthly trivia nights with our friends and it helped us start to meet other Waverly residents. We continued to go throughout the pregnancy and once Avery was born, she came along in her baby carrier and entertained as she grew. The summer reading program and all its accompanying events are always a hit with our kids and have helped us to meet and connect with other families in the area. 

The Waverly Public Library is a place where everyone is welcomed and this is evidenced by the variety of programming, diverse materials, and smiling staff. The numerous events, especially for kids, brings in a lot of people which is great to see but the space is no longer able to adequately house the increase in attendance and events. The planned renovation will allow the library to grow in ways that will serve the community as it evolves and we are excited to see the results!
