The Waverly Library has been an incredible resource to our family since we moved to town seven years ago. Even before we moved into town, I made the half hour commute with my one year old to attend storytime because I enjoyed it so much. It was a great place to connect with other moms and families as we transitioned to our new community and we have built many relationships through our time spent at the library. The librarians have been wonderful with our children and I love how they take the time to get to know not only our names but our family. There are so many things we love about the library- bringing home huge stacks of not only books, but audio books, movies, games, American Girl Dolls, robots, puzzles, and activity bags. Over the years we have loved attending story time, special holiday parties, stuffed animal sleepovers, and summer programming. The library is our place to go on a cold or rainy day, and I love that our kids can freely play, color, read, or chat with the librarians or friends in a safe and welcoming environment. I am grateful that the library has such great programming and opportunities for all ages so that as our kids grow, they can continue to look forward to coming to the library.
